Designed an event store on DynamoDB, wrote CloudFormation templates for new AWS resources, and set up CI/CD pipelines with TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, and CodeDeploy. Also assisted other teams with replatforming applications to AWS.
Built a new user account system on AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and Cognito. Built a "Manage My Profile" feature on the consumer site with React and Redux. Shipped new pages for the company website using React/Redux, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API on top of an Apache Solr data tier.
Helped build ResidentApply, a new rental screening solution for property management companies, on top of a credit bureau's existing rental application processing systems. Designed and implemented features in CreditRetriever that enabled leasing agents to track applications. Built pages and features for SmartMove, the company's flagship rental screening platform, and updated criminal background check systems to support the company's new consolidated record format.
Built features for the company's consumer-facing web application for real estate agents and clients. Implemented the web back-end and data layer for a new CMA (comparative market analysis) feature that generated a branded CMA document with photos, data, and statistics for any set of property listings from Metrolist.
